1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents who complete registration on the www.HeavenCanWait.uk.com website before 18th August 2008.
2. No purchase or donation is necessary.
3. Registration completion is based on the following information being provided: Full name, home address with postcode and a valid e-mail address.
4. HeavenCanWait will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
5. Should the user registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
6. By entering your contact details you are agreeing to receive our newsletter by email to your registered address, the frequency of which will be at the sole discretion of the HeavenCanWait organisers.
7. Unsubscribing from our newsletter before the prize draw date will be classed as a cancelling your registration as detailed in point 5 above and will thus result in removal from prize draw eligibility.
8. Only one entry per person.
9. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
10. The draw will be made on Friday 22nd August 2008.
11. There is one prize only and this will be selected by the HeavenCanWait organisers before 17th August 2008. Details of the prize will be published on the HeavenCanWait.uk.com website at the earliest opportunity.
12. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email to the user’s registered email address within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
13. The prize winner will have no more than 14 days from the date of notification to respond to the winning notification email, either by telephone, post or return of email. Failure to respond within 14 days will result in forfeit of the prize and an alternative winner will be chosen at random. The same process will be repeated until a winner is verified.
14. HeavenCanWait may ask for verification of the identity of the prize winner to ensure that the registered detailed match; this might include a driving licence, passport or other suitable identity card. Failure to provide evidence will result in forfeit of the prize.
15. No alternative prize from the one chosen will be available and the prize is not transferable.

17. The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
